Website Privacy and Cookie Policy

Privacy

This page describes what this website collects, how cookies and analytics are used, and the choices available to visitors. It supplements the OneSeven privacy notice, which governs client information.

Policy version 2026-10-08

Information this website collects

The meeting request form on this website collects the name, email address, phone number, and planning details a visitor chooses to provide, along with the approximate investable-asset range and planning priority selected from the form’s menus. That information is delivered by email to the Palm Coast planning team so the firm can respond to the request.

A short confirmation is also sent automatically to the email address provided, so a visitor has written acknowledgment that the request arrived. It is sent from an address that is not monitored and repeats none of the details submitted.

Please do not send account numbers, passwords, tax identification numbers, or other sensitive financial information through the website form. Palm Coast can explain what information is appropriate once a meeting is confirmed.

Standard server logs may record technical details such as the requested page, browser type, and approximate location derived from the network address. These logs support security and reliability.

Cookies and similar technologies

This website sets a cookie that records a visitor’s own cookie choice so the preference persists for 180 days. That cookie is necessary for the site to honor the choice and is not used for advertising.

With consent, the website loads website-analytics tools that measure aggregate traffic and page performance. These tools set their own cookies or local identifiers. No advertising, retargeting, or session-replay tools are installed on this website.

Analytics and your choices

Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and California see a consent banner before any non-essential analytics load, and nothing non-essential loads until Accept All is selected. Elsewhere, analytics may load under a notice-and-choice model, and Reject All stops them immediately.

The website honors the Global Privacy Control browser signal unless a visitor has made an explicit choice on this site.

The Cookie Settings link in the footer reopens the choice at any time. Selecting Reject All prevents future loading and clears the analytics cookies this website is known to set.

Embedded content

The contact page can display a map from Google Maps. The map loads only after a visitor chooses to load it or has accepted analytics cookies, because the embed contacts Google and may set its own cookies.

Client login links open the separate Black Diamond and Charles Schwab websites, which are governed by those companies’ own privacy policies. The scheduling calendar is hosted by Zoom and is likewise governed by its own policy.

The meeting request form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a Cloudflare service that checks that a submission comes from a person, usually without asking the visitor to do anything. It collects browser and device signals and sends them to Cloudflare. It loads only on the page that carries the form, and Cloudflare’s own privacy policy governs it.

Client privacy notice and disclosures

Information about how client information is handled in the advisory relationship is described in the OneSeven privacy notice. The relationship summary and Form ADV Part 2A are also available.
