Communities We Serve
Locations
One office in Westlake Village, serving households across the Conejo Valley and along the coast from Malibu to Santa Barbara.
Based in Westlake Village, at home across the valley
Palm Coast Wealth Management works from a single office on Townsgate Road in Westlake Village, just off the 101 at Westlake Boulevard. From there the firm serves successful individuals, families, business owners, and entrepreneurs throughout the Conejo Valley and beyond it: Calabasas to the east, Simi Valley and Moorpark to the north, Malibu over the mountains to the south, and west along the 101 through Camarillo and Ventura to Carpinteria and Santa Barbara.
The pages below describe what planning tends to look like in each community, because the questions genuinely differ: equity compensation in Thousand Oaks, pensions in Simi Valley, retirees and downsizing in Camarillo, property and protection in Malibu. Every page describes the same office and the same team; the Westlake Village office page has the address, directions and map. To see how an engagement begins, read What to Expect.

Frequently asked questions
Where is Palm Coast Wealth Management located?
The office is at 2625 Townsgate Road, Suite 330, Westlake Village, California 91361, just off the 101 at Westlake Boulevard. It is the firm’s only office.
Do you meet with clients outside Westlake Village?
Meetings take place by Zoom or in person at the Westlake Village office, whichever you prefer. The office is a short drive from most of the communities listed on this page; Ventura, Carpinteria, and Santa Barbara are 30 to 57 miles up the 101. Meeting format and availability can be discussed when scheduling.
We live somewhere not listed here. Can we still work with Palm Coast?
The communities listed are where most of the firm’s clients live, not a boundary. Use the secure meeting form to describe what you are trying to coordinate and where you are, and the team will respond about availability.
Why does Palm Coast publish a page for each community?
Because the planning questions differ from one community to the next, and a household in Simi Valley with a public pension and a household in Malibu with property to protect are not helped by the same page. Each page describes the local picture honestly and links to the services that address it. None of them claims an office that does not exist.
Bring the moving parts into one conversation.
Use the secure meeting form to tell Palm Coast what you are coordinating. Do not include account numbers or other sensitive financial information.
